Our innovative Inspection and Roof Monitoring Program provides a method for you to learn the status of your roofs' condition and have it evaluated on anongoing basis. This knowledge not only alerts you to damage, it also sets a benchmark so you can tell when storm damage occured and file a timely insurance claim.
But even beyond its role in discovering and dating weather damage, the Monitoring program provides you with invaluable information for managing your properties. Because the Monitoring Program provides a point of reference on your current roof conditions, it helps you estimate the remaining life of your roofs and budget for repair and replacement. The Program can also play an important role when you acquire or sell property assets.
Program Components
On a building by building basis, we will inspect the condition of your roofs, following a step-by-step procedure that results in a final report of inspection findings and, if needed, a roof restoration or replacement plan.
We will first send a professional inspection team to assess each roof's condition. The inspection team then reports its findings and recommends corrective actions in the event of damage or untenable wear.
If our inspectors discover damage your policy should cover, we will work with you and your insurance company to help you get your roofs repaired. We prepare a report for your insurer diagramming the property, providing roof measurements and photo documentation, and detailing relevant area storm activity. Before your insurance adjuster comes to assess the claim, we will visit your roofs a second time to mark the damaged areas. When your adjuster comes, We will be there a third time to help ensure that the adjuster's assessment is accurate and gives you the benefits of your policy.
