After closing, his insurance company found out that the Seller (not Sam!) collected a check for over $400,000 dollars that was supposed to be Sam's money! The insurance company went on to say that Sam's roofs were indeed totaled by hail and that if Sam didn't put on new roofs, his insurance company was going to drop him. What did he have to do?
